Our Policy
In line with Federal Government directives on Nigeria Local Content Development policy on Engineering Domiciliation, Procurement Centers and Fabrication in Nigeria and Nigerian content targets.
As a 100% wholly indigenous firm we are totally committed to the development of local skills, technology transfer, and use of local manpower, local supplies & local manufacturing with results that are geared to benefit the government, private companies and Nigeria’s economy.
The policy and status of Chok Ventures (Nigeria) Limited on the above subject matter are:
- Procurement, Materials and Services - To source for equipment, materials, goods and render services locally on all projects with the use of Nigerian professionals, skilled and unskilled staff except in conditions whereby we might have to consult any companies or technical partners abroad.
- Nigerian ownership structure - Chok Ventures (Nigeria) Limited was established with 100% Nigerian ownership structure.
- The use of Nigerian Human resources - We make use of 100% Nigerian professional/skilled/unskilled labor on all projects with minor exceptions.
- The percentage of company indigenous management workforce - We have 100% Nigerian management staff.
- Evidence of significant growth capacity building - We have significant experience of human resources development and infrastructures growth in Nigeria since the establishment of the company.
